Many apologies for those who follow the social media posts of this publication or those of B.B. for this delayed review. The decision whether to feature the entire compilation of tracks or to focus on what has turned out to be the favorite didn't arrive lightly. Now let's get to the review.
Ironically or unironically, "Unity" by Tao Andra is the 20th and FINAL track of 'A-Sides Vol. 14' as if Drumcode Records owner Adam Beyer and team knew the infectious beats and layered melodies would hook every person who was eager to listen to the entire compilation without skipping a track. Please don't misunderstand, all of the tracks featured on the compilation are wonderful as well, but upon first listen and now the many listens, "Unity" is THE track.
The support from other DJ/Producers to feature "Unity" on radio shows/podcasts or live sets has been great to discover since the track's release. The fact that the track is named "Unity" helps with overall vibe of the track as probably intended. If you like techno, "melodic techno", or trance as well as not focusing on specific electronic dance music subgenres, then this track can't be recommended enough.
